The Hot Yoga Spot is a hot yoga studio and barre fitness facility with six New York locations, including Albany, Clifton Park, East Greenbush, Glenmont, Latham, and Saratoga Springs. We offer a robust daily schedule with options for both beginners and advanced students. Our flagship location at Stuyvesant Plaza offers 7,500 square feet with four studio rooms and meditation areas, a spacious reception and full locker rooms. We also boast an impressive boutique with great options from our partners Jade Yoga, Sunshine Yoga, Charged Jewelry, Funky Yoga and more. With 50 talented instructors and more than 200 weekly sessions, we are the Capital Region’s coolest way to get hot.
