A delicious couscous salad topped with scallops, aged feta, kalamata olives, wilted spinach and pickled lemons.
Duck Breast and Arugula Salad
Arugula topped with tender duck breast, Valencia oranges,
sweet spicy almonds and orange cranberry port dressing.
Tagarachi Seared Ahi Tuna Soba Noodle Salad
with a tangerine, ginger, cilantro vinaigrette.
